A Thank You that is too small for words!!!

We DID IT!
 
5 months of planning, two days of hard work, over 40 volunteers, 6 corporate and private donors, an incredable muralist (who did both the playground mural and the art room mural) and a lot of love has made this Weekend of Service one that will live forever in our hearts.
 
We were covered by North Coast Church's media department! So look for a feature of our project on a Sunday during one of North Coast's broadcast segments! We were also mentioned in the Boys & Girls Club newletter! I know we are all looking forward to the 2011 Weekend of Service DVD. I also heard we were covered in the North County times.
 
The camera man who came and interviewed me Sunday afternoon was floored! He came and did the "before" filming, and could not believe the "after". David, the cameraman, loved the colors and the new dance room! He was blown away by the floor! It is no longer a storage room!
 
This project was a total God thing! From the donations to the discounts!
 
Thank you Kerri! You are the best City Leader on the planet! Your love, support, prayer and constant partnering really made this project possible!
