Operation Recovery resides at San Luis Rey Mission and provides emotional recovery to active duty service personnel and veterans.
- Build greenhouse
- Level site
- Place rods into ground for structure
- Cut, lay, asesemble and glue PVC pipe for inside greenhouse
- Install plastic roof
