- Paint: window trims, wall panels, roll-up door, and entrance sign
- Electical - replacing fans
- Plumbing - replace toilet and sink
- Carpentry - add wood frame to entry sign
- Landscaping - install bark, plant palm trees, plant flowers, build and plant in planters, clean up and rake any extra landscape
- Clean tile floor in restrooms and reseal to protect
- Clear out lunch area - build new shade structures and new lunch tables
- Re-do damaged asphalt
