Vista: Michaelle House
Michaelle House is operated by Fraternity House Inc. The mission of Fraternity House Inc., is to provide a warm and caring home where men and women disabled by HIV/AIDS can receive comprehensive care and services in order to rebuild their health and return to independent living, or where they can spend their last days in comfort and dignity.
Project Overview:
- Perform a make-over of the TV room: Move furniture out, replace carpet, paint, install new storage, organize media center, install speakers, ceiling fan, window covering.
- Outdoor Landscape: Clear out weeds around area around patio and pool, install brick paver patio, repair outdoor lighting, general cleanup.
- Create an office space: install desk, shelves, computer station.
- Hospitality Team: Includes checking in volunteers, do activities with the residents such as bunco game or card games with prizes, crafts, visiting, cook and serve lunch for residents and volunteers (BBQ available).
